Returns & Replacements:
Products are thoroughly tested and tried before being delivered. Returns are accepted for production deformities, expired or wrong products delivered. Supported by unboxing videos to ensure transparency and resolution. Refunds not applicable for issues like allergic reactions, address errors, misunderstanding the product, or if the need for the product has changed.
Replacement with Additional Charge:
Replacement with a variant of the same value incurs a Rs.200 charge for one-time pick-up scheduling. Partial orders cannot be exchanged.
Refund Policy:
Refunds available for production deformities, expired or wrong products. No refunds for issues like allergic reactions, address errors, inability to comprehend the product, or complaints raised after 7 days of receiving the product. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata. Allow 10-12 working days for the entire refund process to be completed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be put on hold or cancelled if deemed fraudulent, malicious, or due to inaccuracies in pricing or stock unavailability.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 working days of placing them.
