Swisse does not accept returns of opened or used products. Damaged products after delivery are not the responsibility of Swisse. If you encounter a quality issue or problem with the product, you can request an exchange by emailing them within 24 hours of delivery at customer.india@hh.global.

Refund Process & Conditions:
Refund requests will be subject to verification by Swisse. Refunds will be processed as per regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India or other competent authorities. If a payment is accidentally made twice, the extra amount received will be refunded. The method of repayment will be the same as the one used to purchase the product. No cash refunds are provided.
