Defective item received.
Ordered item(s) lost or damaged during transit.
Ordered item(s) past their expiry date.
The mode of refund may vary based on circumstances:
If refunded via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
If refunded via NMS Wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
To request a refund, contact Bold Care via WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for the refund. Customer feedback is taken seriously for continuous improvement.
Return Policy:
Bold Care aims to deliver orders according to specifications. In case of incomplete orders, damaged, or incorrect products, notify Bold Care Customer Support immediately or within 7 working days of receipt for a prompt resolution. Failure to notify within 7 working days may limit liability for delivery issues. Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 working days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking charge.
