Returns and Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Items:
BOHECO does not generally offer returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition according to your order. You can request an exchange if the delivered product doesn’t match your order confirmation or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. To qualify for an exchange, the outer carton seal of the incorrect item must be intact.
Time Limit for Exchange Requests:
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Only the first exchange for an item is free of cost.
Refunds for Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product and request an exchange within the 48-hour time frame, and the desired product is not in stock, BOHECO will perform a quality check. If the product cannot be replaced, you will be offered a refund within 10 working days through an online payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, exchange, or report damages, contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery.
