Returns:
Return within 10 days of delivery for damaged, leaking, tampered, broken products, or compromised packaging. Applicable for wrong product delivered, post-expiration products, incomplete orders, or missing items. Returns not accepted if products are opened, used, altered, original packaging is missing, or request is generated after 10 days of delivery. Return not accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defect.
Return Process:
Email tgb@seventurns.in within 7 days of receiving the product for return. Provide Order ID, Name, Items for return, Reason, and images as proof. Examination and review within 24 working hours. If product is beyond use or damaged, replacement provided.
Refunds:
Refunds not issued if product is damaged or tampered, incorrect shipping address, part of product consumed before return, or not complying with return policy. Refunds issued if product is out of stock, shipping address not serviceable, complying with return policy, product in good condition and untampered, or double charged.
