Returns & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy:
You have a 10-day window after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact their support at support@interwove.in for any return-related questions.
Damages and Issues:
Report any incomplete, damaged, or defective orders within 48 hours of receiving them along with images of the issue. You can process refunds or exchanges for such items through their returns center, and they aim to resolve such issues promptly.
Exceptions and Exchanges:
Some items like socks and underwear are considered final sale for sanitary reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges for fit or size are allowed within 10 days of delivery.
Refunds:
Once they receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. A handling charge of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund. Contact them at support@interwove.in if more than 15 business days have passed since return approval.
Cancellation Policy
As we aim for immediate dispatch, we can’t change or cancel your order once confirmed. Processing can happen in an instant by our warehouse.
However, if you do need to modify or cancel your order, you can always initiate a refund/exchange once it arrives.
