Not all healthy stuff have to taste bad. This Kombucha was my plot twist.
I am a frequent consumer of Kombuchas because of the regular bloating my stomach goes through. As much as I keep spicy food at bay and have fluids to balance it out, I always have an uneasy feeling in my stomach. Women who have regular inflammation would agree. I have a history of PCOD, so I was recommended to replace my drinks with the ones that go easy on my stomach without the spike in the sugar. Most Kombuchas that are available in the market have too much sugar and have flavours that are too syrupy and artificial. I have found my stomach to be much at ease with Atmosphere Kombuchas. I usually consume one serving with a side of my meal when I'm out, so a regular-size bottle lasts me 2-3 times. It's slightly less fuzzy than your regular carbonated drink but good enough to not give you multiple burps. I recommend this flavour to anyone who is looking for a refreshing drink with a natural and tangy taste. Especially carry it with you when travelling, it keeps your stomach cool.
