An addition to my daily regimen.
I've been reading about glutathione as a skincare agent for a few months now, and I heard from a nutritionist that glutathione ingested is better than topical treatments. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidants and it helps stop melanin production, which is how it gets rid of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Confession - I'm a picker (of pimples, terrible, I know) and this always leaves me with acne scars. BodyFirst glutathione really helped. It takes about 2 weeks, but I could see spots fade faster and my skin tone even out, especially around the mouth where South Asians are known to have hyperpigmentation. I also feel like my skin looks healthier and happier? Or maybe I'm just being a narcissist. Either way, will buy again and add it to my daily supplement regimen!
