A great addition to my diet.
I have tried Fenugreek powder before which tasted extremely bitter and really hard to consume. This was a switch for me and I tried consuming it in 2 ways over a period of 20 days. The first method was in a jelly form and the second was in a liquid form.
"Here are some important pointers:
1. The supplement has a orange taste to it which makes it extremely easy, infact delicious to consume. Hence if someone is struggling with consuming Fenugreek do it's taste, problem solved!
2. You'll almost instantly see difference in your gut health. It definitely helps in digestion and will solved any bowel issues.
3. Whenever I consumed this in the form of a jelly I almost always felt a little full which automatically helped in my pre-meal cravings. I stopped snacking before my meal and that will help you in weight management."
