Return & Exchanges:
To initiate a return or exchange, upload an image of the product with its original packaging using the provided form (https://tego.fit/pages/returns-shippings). Ensure that product tags remain intact; requests won't be processed if tags are removed. All requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Some products like LIFT Boxers, DRILL Socks, STANCE Mat, and RAPID Bottle cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a legitimate manufacturing defect.

Exchanges:
Securely repack the product for exchange. The brand will arrange for pick-up within 3-5 business days upon request confirmation. Your exchange item will be sent out within 3 business days of pick-up confirmation.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the product. For pre-paid orders, refunds will be sent to the same account used for payment on www.tego.fit. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will be excluded.
