Alpino ensures products are comprehensively tested and tried to match customer expectations.
Replacement is offered for products with production deformities or shortcomings. Return of products due to customer non-satisfaction is accepted if the product is in uncompromising condition.
Exchange requests can be made within 2 days of receiving the order. Products for exchange must pass inspection for being unused and unopened. Dispatch of the exchanged product may take 10-12 working days.
Claims for refund, return, or replacement must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Refund is processed only for damaged products with valid photo proof. Refund is issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
The brand reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refuse orders based on fraudulent, malicious, or pricing inaccuracies.
Customers can cancel an order within 2 working days of placing it, but not after it's shipped.
Additional verification or information may be requested before accepting orders.
If an order is cancelled after card payment, the charged amount will be reversed to the account. Promotional vouchers used for cancelled orders may not be refunded.
