No Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Exchange:
For exchanges, the item you want to exchange must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, contact the brand at hello@sassiest.in. They will arrange a pickup of the item you want to exchange and send the exchanged product to your doorstep.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact the brand immediately. They will evaluate the issue and take steps to make it right.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn't shipped.
If your order ships, it can't be canceled, you're welcome to initiate a cancellation request only if you wish to replace your purchase with another available product.
