Sosh Return and Refund Policy

Introduction: At Sosh, we are committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience to our users. To ensure the same, we have formulated the following return and refund policy, which outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are processed on our mobile application Sosh.

Return Policy: The return policy for products purchased on Sosh Mobile Application may vary from product to product and category to category. The return window for each product will be mentioned on the product page. The return policy for each product is determined by the brands/sellers, and Sosh Club Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Sosh") acts as a mediator in supporting the customer to resolve any return-related issues, but does not have any liability for the same.

In case a product received by the customer is damaged, defective, or not as described, the customer may raise a ticket with Sosh, who will assist the customer in every way possible to resolve the issue. The final decision of accepting or rejecting the return request, and processing the return or refund, if applicable, rests with the brand/seller.

Refund Policy: In case of a stock unavailability of a product offered, double transactions, or conflicted transactions, Sosh shall refund the amount to the source account within 7 business days.

In case the customer cancels the order after placing it, the decision to process the refund will be at the discretion of the brand/seller.

Procedure: To initiate a return or refund, the customer must raise a ticket with Sosh through the customer support channel on the Sosh Mobile Application. Sosh will assist the customer in resolving the issue and will facilitate communication between the customer and the brand/seller.

Once the brand/seller accepts the return request, the customer must ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, along with all the accompanying accessories and documentation. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to the brand/seller.

The brand/seller shall process the return or refund as soon as the returned product is received and verified to be in its original condition. The brand/seller shall determine the mode of refund, which may be through credit to the customer's Sosh wallet or through a direct transfer to the customer's bank account, as per the brand/seller's policy.

Sosh does not have any control over, or liability for, the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold on its platform, or for the accuracy of the descriptions provided by the brands/sellers.

Sosh acts as a mediator in assisting the customer in resolving any return-related issues, but does not have any control over, or liability for, the processing of returns or refunds for products sold on its platform. The return and refund policy for each product is determined by the brand/seller, and the customer must raise a ticket with Sosh for any returns or refunds.
