I'm a certified strength & conditioning coach with an experience of over 10+ years in the fitness industry. My certifications range from IKFF L1, NASM CNC, NASM CPT & NSCA Powerlifting amongst others. I'm also the founder of Unlock, a virtual community with over 12,000 participants.

My cheat day looks like

My cheat days are whenever I go into a spiral. Nowadays, I try to have a structure. Currently, I am fasting for a longer period of time. If I haven't been able to have my last meal and I get hungry, it starts a day earlier. I start ordering stuff around 10/11pm at night & eat till 12:30 am. And then when I wake up, I feel the fasting isn't happening anyways, so I start eating in the morning and it just goes on through the day. And it just keeps going on till the next day. If it isn't happening, the fasting I mean, I just let it go. No point forcing it.
