I'm an ultramarathon runner & endurance athlete. In 2016, I became the first Indian to qualify for & finish the Spartathlon, a 246 kilometre footrace from Athens to Sparta held annually in Greece. I've been a full time runner since 2016. I also do many mountaineering projects & race at some of the biggest ultra trail races across the world. I've also been representing India at the Trail Running World Championships since 2017.

I want to be fitter for the events I have planned. I have a couple of races lined up this year so the goal is to be competitive at them. I have a mountaineering project lined up as well and I want to be fit for it.
I have something called "cheat workouts." I will go and do what I am supposed to do, but I feel like doing more, so I will just do that as my cheat workout. I won't record it or note it down so I when I look back I won't know, it is like it never happened. And my cheat workouts are like 1.5 hour runs (not a stroll in the park!) or I hit the gym. I also have food cheat days almost every day. I am very aware of what I am eating and I am constantly cheating on it. I absolutely love a tiramisu, so I'll get those whenever I feel like.

Don't do too much and don't go overboard with it because it is easy to do that and burn out. So figure out the right amount and do that.
To have more time in every way possible. Like in the day and in life as well. So I can do more and do better with my time.
