The 30 Standards from the Athletic Truth Group (ATG) Program. If I can do the 30 exercises, I don't have any weak links or tight links in my body and I will be on top of my mobility and strength game. I don't want to just do them, I want to be able to easily do them.

My cheat day looks like

I believe in the 80-20 principle. As long as you are doing it 80% right, you can get away with the rest of it. I don't plan my cheat days but when they happen it is mostly because of life.

Superpower you wish you had

I already have a superpower, I can hear more than what the normal person can. It's funny but as a kid I would start humming a song and when I'd go into a space, it would be playing. I would freak out my friends in college as well with this.
