Current fitness goal

My fitness goal for this year is a Calisthenics-based one, my ability to do something with my body. I want to be able to do a 90-Degree Push-up which is basically to go from a handstand, to parallel to the ground, then back into a handstand, using just the strength of my body.

My cheat day looks like

Honestly, I am quite flexible with my eating. I am not at that stage where I am really focused on "I need to eat exactly this." So I'll be honest, I eat a little piece of dessert almost everyday and that is not an issue. On weekends, I do allow myself to eat a bit more than usual because I am on it 90% of the time, so when I want to go off, I allow it.

Your fitness+wellness journey

The biggest learning is investing in the process with anything. When I started this journey, I thought that abs & handstands are for the genetically gifted. These are seemingly small things, but what it taught me is that if you keep doing the right things consitently over time, you will get to where you have to. Sticking to the process and believing in the outcome has been important.

The ability to fly because it would be cool to fly and get to whatever I want to go.
