I've been passionately teaching yoga for six years, both in-person and online, reaching students within the country and across the globe. I specialise in a holistic approach, combining yoga, strength training, various meditation forms and mobility movements in my classes. My goal is to foster a balanced body and a serene mind. My mission is to provide my students with a well-rounded physical and mental regimen, empowering them to nurture a high-functioning body and a tranquil mental space.

To thrive for balance in all aspects of life for myself and my students. My goal is to dive deeper into Reiki as well as study for being a Mental Health Coach. I have even reversed my PCOS so the goal is to stay at maintaining a healthy lifestyle on an everyday basis to avoid a relapse.

My cheat day looks like

Due to PCOS, I have designed my body to stay off carbs but I am a homebody and love home cooked food so, once in a while, I love eating the typical Bun Tikki or our favourite Rajma Chawal.

Your fitness+wellness journey

As a yoga student, when I started practicing yoga, I wish someone told me how important strength training was too. I did not learn this until I ran my own body into injuries due to excessive practicing but as they say "too much of anything is not healthy," be it yoga too. So if you ask me my learning is to strive for balance in my workouts as well as my nutritional plan.

Superpower you wish you had

I am an ardent animal lover and, sometimes, I wish I had the superpower to understand all that they go through or need or want to say.
