When it comes to dieting or cheat meals, I don’t follow a strict or specific diet. Home food, coming from Goa -- fish curry rice, local vegetables, seafood are a staple. So staying consistent and eating a balanced meal and consuming foods that work well for my body is my secret. I’m a sucker for dessert, so the occasional cake or chocolate doesn’t hurt.
