I don't really have cheat days/ meals. I follow a balanced approach when it comes to food. I do ensure I get in my basic macro and micro nutrients daily, but apart for that I eat whatever I feel like eating - but focus mainly on portion Control! That being said, my favourite foods are anything in the Asian cuisine, and I have to biggest sweet tooth! So any dessert on front of me, I HAVE TO dig in!

That women will get bulky if they strength train. Cardio and starving yourself is the only way to lose weight.
My biggest learning would be to accept and live in the moment, try to not overthink and make up situations and issues in my head. Take each day as it comes, give it your best and be proud of yourself for whatever big or small you have accomplished. And live/ do things for yourself!
I wish I had the superpower to masterfully navigate my emotions, silencing self-doubt and overthinking, allowing me to live authentically for myself and embrace each moment with confidence and clarity.
