Current fitness goal
I don't have a physical goal in terms of the way I want to look but it is more of a performance goal. It is about summiting Mt. Everest, but that requires a certain training program which in turn needs a certain amount of time, discipline, and everything.
My cheat day looks like
Absolutely! And whoever says they don't, chances are they don't want to show it to the world. It's important to have cheat days, it's needed to live a balanced life. As long as your pillars of discipline are in place, you have more luxury than when they are not.

It's using the internet for coming up with justifications. "I am okay with XYZ because of ABC on the internet." Where has the concept of common sense gone? It honestly is the paradox of information. Take that information, filter it, and use it the right way. People will have an excuse for everything otherwise.
Your fitness+wellness journey
No matter what you go through, creation of self doubt is the one thing that can drown you. For me, I used to keep telling myself that I don't deserve to play at the higgest level but I was there already. When I started talking to more and more people, I realised everyone thought the same way. My biggest learning was that if you think you are different, that's not true. Everyone has the same exact thoughts that you have. You are not special but you are also not diffierent from everyone else. So you need to be able to be aware of that.
