I am a certified personal and group coach. I have over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and hold numerous certifications from recognised bodies including the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE). Apart from that, I've further specialized in HIIT, Zumba fitness, Ashtanga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga and Meditation+Pranayama. When I started my journey, I was quite obese with heavy Eczema. I went on a Tetley Fight Club reality show, and after winning it, I wanted to spread that sensation to everyone else. What is most valuable to me is assisting someone in navigating a situation that helps them feel content, strong, and confident.
