I left my IT job as a data scientist in August 2018 to pursue my passion for helping people improve their lifestyles through fitness. I along with my husband have trained over 700 people in the age bracket of 20 to 70 years in the last 6 years. Our approach is holistic, and we help people achieve their goals with the help of strength training and our in-house lifestyle management tool called Lifestyle Score. Our unique methodology allows us to identify patterns, track progress and make data-driven decisions to achieve our clients' wellness goals.
