I finished my Bachelors in Pharmacy and joined a job for 5 years. I lost my job during Covid and, at the same time, found out that I have PCOD. I started practising yoga as a result of this. It helped me control my PCOD, anxiety and stress. Further, I decided to do Yoga Teachers Training courses so I could help other people like myself. I learnt Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga around 1500hrs TTC and started to teach others. Now I’m working on myself as well as with others.

My current fitness goal is to spread my yoga journey, knowledge and experience with all the people who really need this. I will help them with my full dedication irrespective of monetary gains because I don't want anyone to go through what I did.
I believe in AVAV - Ahar, Vihar, Achar & Vichar. I generally eat Satvic food only or when I don’t eat Satvic food, that’s my cheat day. My cheat day would definitely include pani puri, first and last.

Yoga should not be like circus where people just jump here and there to focus on posture. Yoga is more than posture, apart from this horse yoga, beer yoga, face yoga, etc should all disappear.
Learning the begets truth that nothing is permanent so now there is no attachment and detachment with people or things. Now I believe to not find friends because I become friendly with all people. I also learnt to control my emotions. Yoga changed my way of thinking as well as my mind and body.
I wish I could fly when I blink so I could teach as many people as possible all over the world.
