My cheat day looks like
I would like to call them "Treat Days." Weekends are definitely treat days, and anytime I go home because you can't say no to mom! But otherwise, I try to stay as disciplined as possible so that I can actually indulge & enjoy the food when I have to. My favourite treat days are those when my mom or grandmom make mutton biryani or mutton fry.
